SHIPPING POLICY
When shipping your jewellery, in the UK, all orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 pm and insured up to £2500.
When I am sending sizing tools for remote commissions, these will be sent by recorded delivery. Please explore my remote commissions for more details on postage.
Currently, I'm focusing my bespoke jewellery services exclusively within the UK. This is because many of my projects involve sentimental materials, requiring close collaboration and often in-person consultations. I hope to expand my reach to international clients in the future.
However, if you're located overseas and interested in a piece crafted with new materials and shipped to you, please do get in touch – I'd love to discuss your ideas and explore the possibilities.
REFUND POLICY
Each piece of jewellery I create is a unique expression of your vision and my artistry. Because of this deeply personal and collaborative process, I'm unable to offer refunds. However, it is my priority to work closely with you and your sentimental pieces and bring your vision to life. However, I will do my very best to make sure you are satisfied with your bespoke item, so please contact me with any concerns.

Bespoke commissions: Every piece is created specifically for you, in most cases with your materials, making it impossible to resell or repurpose.

Reimagining design deposit: A 50% deposit is required to secure your spot in my schedule and cover the initial design and material costs.

Making changes: While I'm happy to discuss adjustments, significant changes made after the design is approved may impact the timeline and cost.

Aftercare: Client care is of utmost importance to me. I ensure each client receives excellent customer care throughout their remodelling journey and after.
