Returns
It is important to me that you are happy with your purchase. I will accept returns or exchanges of 'Ready to ship' earrings and necklaces provided that the item is unworn and in its original condition.
Returns must be made within 14 days of buying and postage is the responsibility of the buyer. I must be contacted prior to shipping the item in order to receive a refund or exchange.

Please note that custom orders or items not displaying 'Ready to ship', including all rings, unless otherwise noted, are made to order just for you and therefore they are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, I will do my very best to make sure you are satisfied with your bespoke item, so please contact me with any issues.
When delivering your jewellery, all UK orders are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Most pieces will be made to order unless documented as 'Ready to ship' which will be posted within 3 working days.

For any pieces of jewellery the buyer wishes to return for a refund or exchange, or if the jewellery was sent to me for a bespoke consultation but the client does not wish to continue, postage is paid for by the buyer/client.

Getting the correct ring size is more of an art than a science. The best thing to do is to get measured in your local jewellers to make sure you know your correct size.
​
A good fit is when there is a slight struggle over the knuckle but room to breath when the ring sits on the base of your finger.
​
Wider rings which includes wearing multiple stacking rings often take a half size or more than your regular ring size. How much extra depends on the shape of one’s finger and individual preferences for how a band feels.
